I love so much that comes with the fall season! Being from Iowa originally, I’m much more familiar with cornfields than cotton fields, but I love driving past them and all their snowy white beauty!
The Johnson family purchased their session at a charity auction for Sacred Selections, an organization that I’m involved with that helps fund adoptions. I’m so grateful for families that are willing to put their money toward such an important cause!

One thing about cotton fields is that they not easy to navigate! The Johnson family were definitely troopers and handled the fields with lots of grace.

Charlie’s red hair was a perfect fit for the location!

I’m sure Macy and Charlie have their moments (as all siblings do), but they’re always kind and fun when I have been around them!

Ahh, some corn! We walked over to some late growing corn for a few more images.

I’m so glad we stopped at the edge of the corn for this last image! Julie ended up selecting this image as the print they received from the auction.
It isn’t too early to start thinking about fall photos! It is my busiest time of the year as families have updated photos taken for their Christmas cards.
